Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid speed of integration of the global economy, more and more Chinese enterprises walk out, they invest outward and participate international economic technical cooperation and competition actively to make use of resources in domestic and overseas market, to expand development space, to enhance their international competition ability. But facing the changes of external and internal environment, increasing competition and pressure, enterprises need to strength their strategic awareness and management. Performance Management System with strategy as its core to turn strategy into measurable indicators, which carry out the dynamic state management of the whole process, enables enterprise departments and employees can understand their roles and distribution in the whole management process and make great efforts for the enterprise strategy.Let's combine to the practice of enterprise. Jincheng Corporation has implemented "walk out" strategy for 10 years. Since 1997 established the first oversea company in Colombia, which makes Jincheng Corporation get more lessons and rise the confidence and decision of doing overseas investment. Till now, Jincheng Corporation has set up 15 overseas branches, including 6 overseas factories and 4 trading companies. How to change the international business from trade to multinational management, which is the important management change that faces at present. Jincheng Corporation needs a completely managing principle and managing tool to reform the management method of the overseas company, promote their performance and strategy controlling capacity.In this paper, the author applies the Balanced Scorecard to establish a strategy-oriented performance management system to address the problem of how effectively integrate performance management and strategy. First, from the inter linkages between strategy management and performance management theory, the thesis tries to reveal the theoretical significance and necessity of the establishment of strategy-oriented performance management, analysis of strategic relationship between strategy management and performance management, and basic requirements and principles to implement strategy-oriented performance management. Then the author use overseas company of Jincheng Corporation as background to analyze their managing condition and problem, study how to design a performance management system based on the Balanced Scorecard, and put forward the implement suggestion.This paper uses article analyze and case research to elaborate the performance management system of overseas company of Jincheng Corporation based on the Balanced Scorecard, which makes the performance management system more scientific, reasonable and efficient. The research way and result may provide some apocalypse for Chinese enterprises which implement the"walk out"strategy.
