| Modern sustainable development theory was established after human had a profound lesson. During the last two hundred years of Industrialization, because of the rapid development of science and technology, resources had been consumed in excess and environment was polluted, the earth which human depend on for living was destroyed. With the development of the society, the progress of science and technology enlarged the range of human's activities and enhanced the people's ability affecting the environment. The research on the problems of sustainable development under the science-tech progress is of great importance.This paper is analyzed fully on the essential theories and relationships between science-tech progress and regional industrial sustainable development, then according to the theories of systematic engineering and the connotations of science-tech progress and regional industrial sustainable development, disassembling the total target and coming into being index systems, which having emphasis respectively as well relating each other and could reflect comprehensively the level of science-tech progress and regional industrial sustainable development. On this base, an evaluation-model is not only established on active impact of science-tech progress on regional industrial sustainable development and also on development in harmony of regional industrial sustainable development. Finally positive analysis has been carried out as an example of Jiangsu province.The following conclusions are drawn: some problems between science-tech progress and regional industrial sustainable development still exist, such as the mismatching of supply and demand and the lag of industrialization on the scientific and technological achievements. Therefore, the industrial sustainable development in Jiangsu province must depend on science-tech progress. Some operable suggestions and countermeasures have been given. |
