The Research Of Sustainable Development Under Sience-tech Progress Of Pan-Pearl River Delta Area Industry

Pan-Pearl River Delta(PPRD) area industry develops greatly imbalancedly,and most districts' industrialization level is low.How to carry out the harmonious and sustainable development of area industry has become the immedieatly solved problem in the course of industry development of Pan-Pearl River Delta Area. According to the actuality and problems in existence in the industry development of PPRD,the whole society come to realize that the science-tech progress is very important in achieving the aim of industry sustainable development. The research on the question of PPRD, especially on the problem of sustainable development under the science-tech progress, is of great importance. It will help to quicken the process of industrialization and realize steady development of whole nation.This paper includes seven parts:The first section is an introduction.The second section mainly discusses basic theories of the science-tech progress and sustainable development of area's industry. There are two parts in this section. The first part gives the definition and relevant theories of the science-tech progress. The second part states basic problems of sustainable development of area's industry.The third section gives the relationship between science-tech progress and sustainable development of area's industry.The forth section introduces the reality of science-tech progress and industry development of PPRD.The fifth section analyses several key problems in existence based on the reality involved above.The sixth section explains the feasibility of sustainable development of PPRD industry building on the science-tech progress.The seventh section gives some operable suggestions and countermeasures about how to implement the sustainable development of PPRD industry based on science-tech progress.
