Design And Application Of Chongqing Tongsheng Industrial Group's Strategic Performance Management System

As the problem of marketing, history and economical level,the chinese enterprise,especially private enterprise, are weak in designing and operating the system of performance management.However,during the 30 years of innovation,the private enterprise have been developing rapidly,and become the fresh power of impeling society progress.It is very important for private enterprise to make well of performace management.This article is trying to use the scientific performance management to cover the whole management of Chongqing Tongsheng Industrial Group Companies by three systems which is strategy, rules and performance management. In the chapter of strategy management, this article creates the systems of"power of attorney","authorizing risk control"and"security agreement". Secondly, this article regards rules of management as the key, and makes relationship of the three systems clearly. Thirdly, this article take the"performance management"into subsidiary of the"strategy"while finding operational principle, thinking and details to achieve the improvement performance of management.
