Study On The Developing Strategy Of Sichuan Province's Small Hydro-power Industry

Recently,the development of small hydropower(SHP) is at very fast speed in china.On the one hand,"The greenhouse effect"and Industrial emissions like so2, seriously influnced ecology and environment,90% of the emission of so2 is from burning coal,50% of that from Thermal Power Plant,people will pay more attention on exploration of renewable energy.Small hydro power is favor of small investment and quick efficiency.On the other hand,small hydro power is effective on Settlement of the three rural issues and development of local economic,this takes government's surpportment. Earnings prospect attracts large number of private capital.But this also takes problems to resolve,such as absence management, unreasonable electrical price,ecological environment destruction of disordered exploitation.This paper sums up dominate problems about small hydropower,ueses model PEST to do macro analysis and model SWOT to analyse advantages and disadvantages of industrial competition.Comprehensive analysis,combined with years of practical experience,we provide strategic proposal for small hydropower development.There are six aspects.First, introduce the purpose and significance of research and the explanation of chief technical methods.Second,summed up small hydropower development actuality by collecting relevant data.Third,analyse main problems with my own practical experience,such as unreasonable electrical price,ecological environment destruction of disordered exploitation in local hydropower. Fourth,use model PEST and model SWOT in MPA course to analyse industry actuality.In model PEST,chiefly analyse macro factor which influence small hydropower.In model SWOT, focus on comparative analysis between small hydropower enterprises and potential competitor like large state-owned power companies in advantages and disadvantages,and give some suggestions.At last, in conclusion,sum up the thinkings and methods of this paper.
