Study On The Case Of JSJT's Corporation Diversification Strategy Actualized

As one of the goals pursued by the companies and enterprisers, Theorists and enterprisers is a focus on the growth. The growing company is of great significance to both of macroeconomic and investor. As one of growth strategy, diversification strategy is wild-used by many corporations. Diversification strategy was fashionable on the global in 1960's.There were a lot of companies succeed by diversification strategy, especially multinational company, for example GE and SIMEMS etc. . However there are more and more companies being failed in diversification strategy. Now some of them are thinking specialization strategy during their way to chase for excellence. Therefore, it is very important to study corporate diversification strategy.This paper will study diversification theory and demonstration. Diversification theory includes diversification strategy connotation and motivation, effect, condition, actualization, etc. This text analyzed JSJT Corporation's diversification strategy on the basis of diversification theory and enterprise performance evaluation theory.This paper is as enterprise diagnosis and case analysis. We study JSJT's diversification theory on the various periods, on the base of diversification theory, with analysis tools of strategy and performance evaluation theory. We summarize JSJT's success and failure, key factor, relation between diversification theory and enterprise structure in process of fulfilling diversification theory. We give some proposal about JSJT,s diversification strategy. This text educe some conclusion about diversification strategy.This paper educe as follows conclusion and suggests related diversification strategy:(1)Because diversification strategy is not right or wrong for all enterprise, the enterprise should choice the strategy to suit itself character.(2)we must study microscope environment and industry environment and interior environment before we decide to choice specialization strategy or diversification strategy and choice the strategy to suit itself.③Enterprise should treat carefully diversification strategy and business diversification should be moderate.④Enterprise should adopt related diversification strategy and make the most of resource and advantage belonged to the enterprise.⑤Diversification strategy can't exceed enterprise'strength.⑥s tructure and management team in the enterprise should be adapted to business diversification strategy.
