| In this paper, we take the GU-Fortune as objective, using modern strategic management concept, we thoroughly analyze and study its advantage and bad situation, opportunity and challenge, and work out the design of the growth strategy of GU-Fortune, with hope to develop its long-term competitive advantage.There are six parts in this paper. Part one, referring to the purpose of the paper and the measure of study and reviewing the relevant strategic theory. The second and third chapter, the analysis of the GU-Fortune's inside and outside circumstance. The fourth chapter is the SWOT strategy analysis. Through the SWOT analysis of the GU-Fortune inside and outside circumstance, clearing its strengths, weakness opportunity, threats, designing 4 deferent direction strategies. The fifth chapter is through the analysis of GU-Fortune marketing, clearing and choosing its concrete strategy in an area of SO strategy. The sixth chapter, with the action plan of marketing systerm, and establishing the suitable modle, developing good corporate culture and using fit marketing, and training measure to make sure the implement of the strategy. |
