Research On Performance Appraisal Based On EVA Of ICBC Liaoning Municipal Branch

Performance evaluation is one of the core issues for commercial bank's operation management, which guide commercial bank's operation. Scientific and rational performance evaluation system is conductive to realizing commercial bank's business objective. Municipal branch is the foundation of commercial bank's operational architecture,which is in the forward position of market competition. In the fierce market competition, in order to implement the bank's head office and provincial strategic plan and to enhance market competitiveness, a scientific and reasonable performance evaluation system is needed to encourage and guide municipal branch's activities.Combined with the present situation of the performance evaluation in Liaoning municiple branch, this article analyzes the performance evaluation system whose core indicator is economic value added utilizing economic capital management and relevant EVA evaluation theory . The performance evaluation model is constructed ,which set example for ICBC's branches whose goal is value maximized.This article has 5 chapters.
