A Study Of Problems And Countermeasures To The Reconstruction Of Wuhan Villages In The City

With the development of urbanization in recent years, a special phenomenon of village in the city appears in our country. Village in the city departure from the traditional way of life and agricultural production, but it still implements the rural management system. Village in the city is surrounded or fringed by the city. There are many illegal buildings in these areas. It has bad community management and shabby civicism establishment. Aim to solve these problem, many city governments try to lead a reconstruction in these areas. City governments hope to change the rural management system and solve these series problem. The Wuhan city government started reconstructing its 162 villages in the city since September 2004. It changes the system of collective economic organizations, reforms the household register system, changes the ownership of land, and constructs the urban social security system in these areas. Up to now, the works of household register and Collective Corporation's system reform have been basically finished, and other works are still being carried out. In the process of reconstruction, it came forth some problems. If these problems can not be dealt with promptly, it will easily lead to some new problem, and the whole effort may be wasted. In order to advance the reconstruction, the government should fabricate an effective supervising system, do some active financing, advance the human resource project construction, innovate the constructing mode, and work up and perfect the social security system.
