As the gap of social economic development between eastern and western China becomes large, the spatial structure of talent distribution has changed a lot, the talents have being more and more concentrated. But, is talent concentration the necessary result of economic development? How to measure the talent concentration quantitatively? What is the trend of talent distribution in china? This article tries to investigate the talent regional distribution and talent concentrating degree through the regional distribution of 500 top both china and the USA.First, it explained the rationality of using the regional distribution of 500 top to investigate talent distribution, and presented the new conception of corporation distribution coefficient; then, the article introduced the mathematical principle of corporation distribution coefficient, and indicated that the corporation distribution curve and Lorenz Curve, the corporation distribution coefficient and the Gini coefficient has the same mathematical structure; in the end, this article has drawn the corporation distribution curve both China and the USA, figured out the corporation distribution coefficient based on the statistic data of top 500, and make the coefficient as the measurable index of talents concentrating degree.The calculation indicates that, the top 500 distribution coefficient of China is 0.58, which is far higher than the acceptable national income distribution coefficient, but lower than the top 500 corporation distribution coefficient of the USA, 0.65.The article analyzed the reason that why the top 500 corporation distribution coefficients both China and the USA are far higher than their acceptable national income distribution coefficient and why the corporation distribution coefficient of China is lower than the USA's. The research indicated that the disequilibrium of economic development,market economic mechanism,headquarters economics are the mutual reasons result in the highly corporation distribution coefficients, also the mainly reason of talent concentration;"district economics", the aftereffect of overmuch intervention that China government has given the economic development, is the reason caused the corporation distribution coefficient of China lower than the USA's, also the mainly reason that the talent concentrating degree of China lower than the USA's.At last, the article discussed some basic points of view, such as the talent concentration is the necessary result of economic development; for same country, the corporation distribution coefficient will be higher than its Gini coefficient correspondingly; in China, the phenomenon that corporation move to the megalopolis is natural; the corporation and talents in China will be more concentrated in future; and both the corporation and talents concentration will not block the harmonious society construction, etc.
