Research On Residential Income Distribution Gap Of Shaanxi Province

Since the reform and opening up to the outside world, the economy of Shannxi province has grown up rapidly,especially after the policy of west developing carrying out, the residential income living standard was greatly improved.But in the time of whole income standard growning up , the residents'income gap is widening generally,which has influenced Shannxi economy. This thesis use Gini coefficient and documentary research to analyze residential income distribution gap of Shannxi, the paper believes that residential income distribution gap of Shannxi is the result of many factors in income and distributiomit's not only the resident's factor,but also the society's. So Shannxi must search for and analyze the reason of residential income distribution gap,and take step to restrain the distribution gap,to achieve the sound,stable,harmonious movement of economy.The thesis tends to discuss the Shannxi resident, Thanks to Statistical Yearbook of Shannxi;(1991 to 2006) This article qualitative analyses the problems of Shannxi resident income distribution from qualitative and quantitative discuss the main factors which have infuenced on the Shannxi residents' income inequality and forecast the changing of Shannxi resident income distribution in the following years, also try to give own opinions and suggestions on the hot problem about income distribution.The paper consists of five parts:The first part is the preface, which mainly introduces the backgroud, because of the reform and opening up to the outside world thirty years ago, the residential income living standard was greatly improved, but the residents'income gap is widening generally, the gap of income distribution in the period of transitions has already become the focus of attention of all walks of life. Secondly, search for and analyze the reason of residential income distribution gap, try to give suggestions to restrain the distribution gap,and introduce domestic study summaries of this issue. The second part introduce domestic study summaries of residential income distribution gap,and the method of this issue. and it provides the knowledge preparation and the theoretical analysis frame margin for this study.The third part mainly analyze current situations of Shannxi 's income distribution and changing trend in the following years. By analyzing the widening income gap between the urban and rural areas, among regional residents,different industries and system -ownershipworkers. we can draw a conclusion that reside analyzes current situations of residents'income gap is widening generally.The fourth part mainly analyze the reason and influence of residential income distribution gap. the thesis attempts to analyze Shannxi's rensidents'income gap caused by the system and institution. The mainly reason is unsoundness and unprefectness of system,From the perspective of system, it involves the reformation of income distribution system, of the structure of system-ownership, of the system of registered permanent residence and the system of obtain employment. From the perspective of institution, it involves such factors, as duality income distribution system, defects of system during the institutional transition, unprefectness of income redistribution system and unsoundness of law system.The fifth part the paper gives some policy suggestion to deal with the increased income distribution gap of Shannxi.Puts forward policies on how to adjust residents' income gap in the fields of the first distribution and redistribution,including making education resources fair and perfect the markets of various production factors, and so on. In the redistribution field,the tax revenue system and the social insurance system play an important role in the course of adjusting residents' income gap.
