| The industrial cluster is a kind of important economic phenomenon. It is an industrial community which related enterprises in large quantity concentrate in the certain space scope. The industrial cluster can decrease cost, stimulate creative, improve efficiency and promote the regional competitiveness. In some countries, local governments have paid more attention to the development of industrial cluster and obtained enormous achievements since 1970's. At present, the phenomenon of industrial cluster has been a heated topic of global economy, theoretical and experimental researches emerge all the time. In order to find a clustered road for Anhui coal industry, being different from other relative literature, this paper integrates industrial cluster theory with coal industry of Anhui.The paper first through the theory of industrial cluster and industrial competitiveness, simply review the research achievement of domestic and abroad scholars, has built the rationale for the further research. Then through the theory analysis of coal industrial cluster,concentration analysis and SWOT analysis, profound analysis the Anhui coal industrial cluster, and on these foundation establish the Co-competitive game model of enterprise in the industrial cluster, through the analysis of game model, proposed cultivating Anhui coal industrial cluster should through these aspect: the culture of cluster,trust mechanism,technological innovation,co-competition,governmental function and so on. At last, consider the present situation and feature of Anhui coal industrial cluster, proposed how to promote the Anhui coal industrial competitiveness by using the region brand advantages,innovation advantages,complete associated system,Co-competitive advantages,resource sharing advantages and talents advantages which from the industrial cluster. |
