With the development of internet in China, the-whole-door internet web has shaping stable market share, all kinds of vertical internet web is growing up.The competition between internet financial web has been changing. The famous company H was holding the most market share , and now company D become it's biggest competitor.The income-making-model has shaped with the development of internet. The incomes of Internet AD business becomes the important part of internet company incomes. At the same time, The volume of internet AD business has become bigger with the time past in the world . The internet AD business has changed from focusing on the-whole-door internet web to vertical internet web.Based on the background mentioned above, this thesis study the in ternet development and the income-making-model in the whole world and in china, with the analysis of in -and out influential factors of company D , the main purpose of this thesis it to help company D to analysis the competition strategy in internet AD business against it's competitors.
