30 years of reform and opening up,with China's rapid economic development and rising living standards,bank card payment has gradually replaced the traditional way of payment,to become one of the most mainstream personal payment.In recent years,the bank card business has developed by leaps and bounds,becoming a new growth point in the financial industry.The development of the bank card business also plays an important role in the development of the bank.Bank of China as a state-controlled one of the four banks,in 1985 issued the first domestic credit card,the world's first issue in 2008 the Beijing Olympic card theme credit card;2010 issue of China's first RMB single settlement credit card;China's first international standard chip card.On the occasion of the 30 th anniversary of the Bank of China's first credit card issuance,this paper aims at the bankcard business of the Bank of China Beijing Branch,and hopes to provide suggestions for the future development of the bankcard business.To promote the development of personal business.First of all,this paper will analyze the internal and external of the bank card business carried out by Bank of China Beijing Branch,and find out the opportunities and threats to the external environment and the internal conditions.Through the SWOT analysis and Porter's five-force model,combined with the internal resources and capabilities of the Bank of China Beijing Branch,the Bank of China Beijing Branch can finally choose the differentiated competitive strategy.This paper is divided into seven chapters.The second chapter is about the definition and the theoretical basis of the development of bankcard business,and expatiates on the relevant concepts and strategic theories of bankcard business.Chapter 3 Outside of Bank of China Beijing Branch The fourth chapter analyzes the development situation of bank card business of Bank of China Beijing Branch,and analyzes the competition ability of enterprises from the organizational structure and operational capacity of branch of Bank of China,which is based on the analysis of the environment and the competition of the industry from the aspects of macro environment and industry competition.Chapter 5 Bank of China,Beijing Branch of the bank card business strategy choice,the use of SWOT analysis of internal and external,strengths and weaknesses.Based on the current situation of the Bank Card business in Bank of China,the paper puts forward the development strategy from the aspect of card issuance,acquisition,innovation development,internal construction and so on.The seventh chapter is conclusion and prospect.
