| More and more company have the problem regarding high turnover rate, so how to deduce the turnover rate, increase company's business performance as well as business competition are the important issues for the company. So the study of employee's engagement will be a very urgent task and have a significant meaning base on the study of influence factor for engagement. Here I am presenting the purpose for engagement's study, reporting the study output by other investigators, and tracking the influence from the side of supervisor. At last, according to the investigate result from company A, I provide the advice on how to increase engagement management. |
