Research On Management For Network Production Of Manufacturing Enterprises Alliance

Globalization, network, integration, agilization and greenization is the new trend of present manufacturing enterprises, especially followed by the appearance and development of the agile manufacturing, dynamic alliance and virtual enterprises. Manufacturing enterprise alliance obtained the unceasing development thorough research in the theory and practice. However, the research on the manufacturing enterprise alliance mainly concentrates in the parts of alliance network supporting platform, partner selection and trust mechanism in recent years, but the research to the alliance network production's tactic pattern, government pattern and the choice of reasonable radius, movement management is very insufficient.The subsidized project of Liaoning Province Higher Institution for humanities and social science key research base, manufacturing enterprises of Liaoning province" (20060607) is the background of theory in this thesis. The thesis emphatically researches the contents of setting management, operational management, cooperation and the goal realizing mechanism, solutes the questions of partner selection and reasonable radius on the manufacturing enterprises alliance network production. The thesis altogether includes seven chapters.This study of article, different from the present existing research results at the aspect of the enterprise production location, the sole enterprise's factory site choice and the different network disposition, has given the management frame of the manufacturing industry alliance network production system. It may provide the policy-making support and the solution for the construction of regional manufacturing industry alliance network and the support environment's plan and implementation and may also provide the effective strategy, the method and the tool support for the creation of manufacturing industry enterprise alliance and the cooperative management of distributional multi-enterprise alliance under the network environment. It will have the important value of theory and practice.
