With the development of technology, the management process and the organization have being taken great changes. The traditional manufacture mode cannot adapt to the changes of the market and demands of customers. Based on all the changes, the network alliance enterprise was produced. To make full use of the chance brought by the network technology for the manufacturing industry in our country, on the basis of analysis of the status in quo research and existing problems of the network alliance enterprise, in view of the Chinese manufacturing practical requirement, the dissertation put the emphases research on member selection of the network alliance enterprise. It offers theoretic guidance for enterprises implementing network alliance.Presently member selection of network alliance enterprise is mainly through members' bidding, bidding evaluation has several characteristics as below: the great money involved, the many indicators, the close among the bidders, the great relative the low transparency etc, with the high un-structural which leads to a complicated process of decision making and the difficulty to solve the problem in simple, so the dissertation in this paper puts the emphases the model and algorithm of members' bidding evaluation in the network alliance enterprise.Firstly this paper analyses the chief factors affecting member selection of network alliance enterprise, and evaluation indexes system is systemically built. Because of the difficulties in determining the weight of index and measuring the index data, an appropriate mathematic model is given through the decision making process on fuzzy group basis, integrating all experts' information obtained from different fields. The overall assessment matrix for a potential member is thus computed with fuzzy numbers. And then the compound fuzzy matter-element is constructed with member schemes, evaluation index and corresponding fuzzy, and the model of members' selection bidding evaluation is established, evaluation grade of the potential members was clearly worked out with improved correlation function At last, a algorithm of members' bidding evaluation in the network alliance enterprise——ant colony algorithm, is researched in this paper. During the process of solution, ants incline to choose those enterprises who cooperated well before to form alliance enterprise, and the "self-adaptive perturbation mechanism" can avoid the prematurity of the algorithm, the simulation results show that the improved ant colony algorithm promises excellent performance not only in the convergence speed but also in the quality of solution. This model gives a rational strategy for selection of member in network alliance enterprise.
