China's pesticide enterprises have transformed from the traditional production and deployment through national mandatory to the distribution of resources through a market economy.Overall, there are a number of agricultural enterprises which are small-scale. The homogenization of enterprises and product varieties is serious and means of enterprise marketing is single. A large number of enterprises sell their products mainly by means of 'Price War'. The concept of marketing and methods need to be improved. Through the analysis of the development of agricultural production, domestic and international supply and demand of pesticides, and the environment of agricultural marketing, this article attempts to identify problems of China's agricultural enterprises marketing management and put forward some measures to strengthen the marketing management. Also it is aimed at developing marketing management in the agricultural enterprises and promoting the sound development of the agricultural industry. At the same time, according to the theory of marketing, statistical theory and empirical research methods, in close connection with the actual situation of China's pesticide producers ,it puts forward marketing business model and management methods which is suitable for China's pesticide production. What's more, as to the management problems of marketing in enterprises, measures are put forward in the article. This article begins with present situation of the pesticide products and pesticide industry, then states the current problems and further raises the author's point of view that we should build a marketing network in modern marketing system, and develop its operation , management and evaluation.
