The distribution and dispatching network of agricultural is key point of its distribution. it plays important role in People's Daily life. The main factor which prevents the development and prosperity of the agricultural market is the agriculture products' distribution and dispatching.If we want it can quickly respond to the marketing changes, we should to improve the present situation, vigorously develop the agriculture products logistic and optimize the distribution structure, This can improve the marker competitiveness and the efficiency of its supply chain. Therefore, it is important to study how to optimize the distribution network structure which has theoretical and realistic significance. Paper will to analyze the present situation and find its existing problems,then build a optimization model of varieties products to solve or alleviate these problems. Then applying this model to the actual case and solve it based on genetic algorithm, The problem consists of inventory, location and assignment.Paper sets about studying the related theory, analyzing and summarizing the characteristics, the influence factors and the functions,determining the research idea and contents of the article; the paper analyzes the cost and key parameters of the distribution network in detail which thinks features and problems, establishing a common model to optimize the distribution network under the certain customer demands from two aspects—the different kinds of products of customer from only one center or more than one center. Then, it considers the actual and market, network members' inventory strategy under the random demand, building a new optimization mathematical model under the two ways, this model can choose the reasonable candidate distribution centers and sure their distribution missions, formulate the optimal order strategy for the members and make the total cost in the network is lowest. The model is more practical which considers the cost of carbon emission, lose, inventory depreciation and customer satisfaction, distribution center performance during the distribution process. Finally, the article establish uni-source distribution optimization model of the characteristics fruit and vegetable products of Hubei province, combining MATLAB with designed genetic algorithm to solve the model, working out the ordering quantity, the chosen centers and its assigned mission.Researching of this paper not only has reference significance to optimize and perfect the distribution system, but it has certain reference value to the agriculture enterprise who want to optimization and perfect their distribution network.
