Rural is the key and difficulty in constructing harmony society. County as the center, township as a link and rural as the hinterland of the vast number county, has increasingly become China's life insurance industry to develop a new growth point. The development of rural life insurance maketing determines the status of a large number of Chinese people's life security and the status of insurance industry in the national economy.County insurance is an area insurance which is based on county as the center, town as the link and rural as the hinterland,includes property insurance and life insurance. The maketing of county insurance is an important part of county economy. There is a serious problem in developing insurance, which space structure is unreasonable,the development of insurance marketing between urble and rural is seriously unbalanced,and the county insurance is far lagged for the risk demand of people day by day,low insurance and lack of clear strategy are its main performance. recently,most of rural Marketing Services lack of a unified and standardized development strategy, viable guiding ideology. Team building can not meet the needs of the development of county insurance. The current system has not yet worked out a set of unified and standardized, effective, suitable for the rural characteristics of the rural management system agents, thus agents of the examination in the rural areas, incentives, education and training, and rural marketing workplace building a lot of infrastructure management work unregulated. The existing insurance products can not effectively meet the needs of the rural marketing and lack in developing and promoting.Rural insurance operation systems are not sound enough, customers insurance work is not perfect; it is also hard to manage and control risk;difficulting in developing maketing;county residents have a weak sense of insurance and recognize insurance with difficulty.Development of county life insurance strategies are: business development strategy; Smart strategy; Organization strategy.The development of county life insurance has opportunities and challenges. In market economy, rural county life insurance is hard to develop quikely without declining cost by government's support because of interest Externality,insufficient effective demand,high costs.Meantime,The human resources investment attribute and insurance policy attribute of county life insurance determines the important practical significance for developing current county life insurance business ,which requires the government take measures to create a favorable environment for business, lower operating costs, support the development of county life insurance business.
