The System Design Study Of Performance Management In Western Movie Group Company

With the global financial crisis to spread, businesses and the rapid deterioration of the living environment, competition among enterprises become more intense. Performance management which is the core of human resource management is the key procedure to upgrade human resource management, and the key job to achieve the strategic goal of the enterprise. Due to the lack of a scientific and rational system of performance management, the track has had a negative impact for Western Movie Group Company into the benign development. In the development process, It has become particularly important for establish a rational, scientific, and complete performance management system.This paper begins with the correlative theory of performance management. In this article, it describes the performance management system, discourses specifically on how to do the basic work and work out the suitable performance management system in accordance with the enterprise reality for Western Movie Group Company, and put forward the corresponding suggestion for implementing the program. The main content of this paper is divided into six parts: the first part is introduction, which is the part of bring out the problem. The main content for this part is to introduce the research background, significance and goal of this article, and to describe the role and status that the performance management system performs in the modern business management; the second part is the theory part in this article. It mainly introduces the theory study and application study of performance management. It's the theory basis for this paper; the third part analyzes and discusses totally the performance management system reality and problems of Western Movie Group Company, and shows the problems in the performance management system and why they come into being; in the fourth part, the suitable performance management system for the development of the enterprise is pointed out based on the reality of Western Movie Group Company; the fifth part describes the actual procedure of this system and the implementation recommendation; the sixth part is the conclusion and further research.Through the study in this paper, the performance management system methods about how to guarantee the achievement of organization goal and to enhance the competitiveness are described, and some personal recommendations and views are pointed out based on working experience and the knowledge, which maybe have weaknesses and faults. This paper is expected to be useful to establish the suitable performance management system for the development of the enterprise.
