| Since the 21th century, how to improve enterprises'core competitiveness and how to enhance company performance fully become important issues for more and more domestic enterprise'Performance Appraisal. How to improve Employee Performance and then improve Enterprise Performance relate the rapid development of enterprises, and it become the increasingly concerned issue for these enterprises.This thesis first introduced the title's background, significance, dynamic performance evaluation study at home and abroad, research ideas and methods. After analyzing the performance appraisal status of Changfeng Sofa, it has discovered the existential problems of company performance appraisal system are fuzzy assessment positioning, unscientific goals setting, lack of integrity of the index evaluation system, unscientific indicators designing, not quite rational appraisal cycle and the poor areas of convergence between the performance appraisal and other late work .The analysis is basis of the original performance appraisal of the company; it raises the optimal design of the performance appraisal system of Changfeng Sofa Company, and designs the assessment indicators and the implementation of evaluation system. In this thesis, the theory is based on theoretical system in performance management; the most important is objective management and key indicators of performance management system. This thesis was guided by basic theory on KPI performance management at home and abroad and the applied research of domestic KPI performance management. On the basis of these theories combined the company actuality, against the key successful factors of achieving the company strategic objective, formed the enterprises'KPI objective framework. Then, match these strategic objectives with the corresponding functional departments to form departmental KPI by multi-level decomposition. From departmental KPI and working analysis, we can get staff positions'KPI. And then, the author designed the key links, such as Performance Evaluation Standards, Index Weight, Examination Table Designing, Periodic Examination Identification, Assessment methods, setting up of the Assessment Organization, Assessment Service, Assessment Process, Assessment Service, Assessment Appeals, Performance Interviews and using of the Assessment results. The whole design process was described by text and graphic examples.In order to ensure the new evaluation system work smoothly, Changfeng Sofa should establish the advanced enterprise culture and service-performance management system, train and supervise the reviewers, established the two-way feedback mechanism. |
