Research On The Optimization Of China's Financial Expenditure Structure Of Supporting Agriculture

The structure of financial expenditure is the combination of different parts of financial expenditure items and the quantity distribution of financial expenditure items, which represents the aggregate and quantity relationship of different kinds of expenditure. Because of the agriculture's weakness, the government must enhance the support for and protection to it, the important part of which is the government's financial investment in agriculture. It is significant to optimize the structure of financial expenditure on supporting agriculture to improve the agricultural comprehensive production capacity, to keep the harmonious development between the agriculture economy and the national economy, to increase the peasants' income and to stabilize the rural area. So in order to establish the scientific theory base for the optimization of the structure of financial expenditure on supporting agriculture, we need to know the theories of different structures of expenditure on supporting agriculture and the meaning of optimization of the structure of financial expenditure on supporting agriculture firstly.This paper is based on the Scientific Concept of Development as guidance, learning from foreign financial support agriculture expenditure structure of the advanced experience and analysis of the problems and reasons of China's Financial Agriculture expenditure structure, what's more promoting to increase the effect of agriculture , the income of farmers and the general concept of rural development.
