This dissertation reviews the history of China Contractor's international business, describes the opportunities & challenges of China Contractor under China's entering WTO, expatiates the importance of establishing the International Business Strategy (IBS).Based on the present situation of China Contractor's international business, this dissertation, using comparative advantage theory, brings forward that China Contractor's target market should aim at the developing/less-developed countries to which China has the comparative advantage; and the projects financed by international financial organization's loan could be the break point.From the comparison between China Contractor and overseas contractor, this dissertation, using the theory of coalition to explain the vital to China Contractor, puts forward the it is a useful, necessary shortcut for China Contractor to raise its capabilities and capacities to form the general contracting ability. on second thoughts, this dissertation suggests that Project Management Company (PMC) has the inherent advantages to handle coalition strategy.This dissertation suggests penetrating strategy to penetrate slowly through the host-country based on the characters of international project and the influence of Culture Shocks, advices China Contractor to localize to drive the development of related enterprises. |
