In this thesis we study the allocation of large construction equipments in project. through improved dual-code network we make reasonable distribution and control over a variety of factors impacting on equipments effectively. From the entire life-cycle of project , we do a comprehensive distribution, management and control in all the periods of design ,procurement and construction, so as to improve the efficiency of using and guarantee the progress of project. It is useful in project management of engineering items.Hereby the editor has ripe experience in using of network plan an reading a mass of literatures. After this we discuss and establish the network process of allocation and optimize the network on the condition of arranging the equipment to do all the tasks one after one. Specially, we add buffer time into it creatively so that we may deal with all kinds of changes in progress. Then we analyses all the factors of management of equipments in engineer projects, and study how to control them. Furthermore we discuss the management methods and principles of large equipments through the entire life cycle of project, focusing on the management of progress and the coordination in the three periods.At the end of this article the editor give a typical example and approve conclusion. The method introduced in this article is feasible in making the distribution and management of large equipment in projects perfect and effective. It also solve resource conflict. Further we investigate and verify the meaning of the optimized network planning technique in application and practice.
