Research And Application Of The Equipment Overall Life Cycle Management For Zun Yi Power Bureau

As a typical assets intensive enterprise, the gird company considers the improvement of equipment operation level and extension of assets life cycle as important approaches to reduce costs and improve its core competence. Due to the large size and the slow reformation step, the great Grid Corporation still continue the planned economy's model in production and management systems etc. In aspect of equipment management there arc still a good deal of manual account records, the historic account management is in disorder, the checking procedure is onerous, and the communication between departments is not expedite, the link is disjointed between forepart management and later management, which result in longer purchase periods and setting accounts periods. As a result, some equipments have became useless when they firstly come into the management of capital asserts. Besides, the equipments use state is not recorded truly. In this paper, after a full investigation into zun yi power bureau, according to the actuality of equipment management and the enterprise's requirements, consulting modern information technologies and computer technologies, the author designs a suit of equipment overall life-cycle management system. The system is focused on asset management, which make equipment management from procurement, transfer funds, maintenance, updating, retired to maintenance notice and cost accounting, maintenance projects settlement have a strict operating procedures and the examination and approval segment, to realize the Company's targets of fine management, group operation, and intensive development.The main research work are as follows: (l)The paper surveys the Equipment Management and some existing problems of zun yi power bureau, and proposed the use of the equipment life cycle management base on existing equipment Management on management.(2) Analysis the need of the overall life cycle equipment management and suggests building a relative complete overall life cycle equipment management system.(3)Based on the theory and methods of life cycle management ,the equipment overall life-cycle three-dimension view model , preventive maintenance model, asset evaluation model and business model are proposed.(4)According to the specialty of equipment management in Grid Corporation, the decision making assist system of the assets overall life-cycle equipment management including fault diagnosis decision model, condition maintenance decision model, maintenance type decision model and equipment update decision model is built with a lot of mathematical model. (5)Data integration and data share in different models of equipment forepart and later management.(6)The building of the equipment life cycle management subsystem and the framework. The major subsystem includes asset management system, power transmission and transformation operational management system, maintenance management system, materials management system, safety management system, financial system and value analysis and decision support system.
