Study On Risk Management Model Of Enterprise Reorganization Project

Enterprise reorganization (ERO) is a special project. For heightening the project success rate and profit, applying the risk management to the process of ERO is necessary. Because many people only have few experiences about this or do not recognize that how important it is, in this regard, we haven't done as much as we should have.Most of time we don't mind the importance of risk management in the ERO project. Therefore it makes the risk increasing greatly. Sometimes it might cause heavy economic loss. In this circumstance, we have to recognize that the ERO as a project need the risk management, in the meantime the risk management method of ERO project should be enhanced and promoted.Proceed from above-mentioned consideration, the purpose of this dissertation is to give the definition of the risk management of ERO project, and on this base, to set up a model of risk management of enterprise ERO project; and to makes it easy for the project manager to understand and do the risk management carefully, which include programming risk management carefully, identifying accurately, evaluating scientifically, finally processing in effect to make the enterprise ERO project successful.The dissertation first introduces the background of the subject, including the purpose and meaning of this research, the studying actuality at native and abroad, the method of research, the contents and structure. Then it introduces nine knowledge system of project management (PM), especially summarize the theory of risk management as the most impotent part of PM. After that, the author analyzes and studies the characteristics of ERO project management and the particularity of risk management of ERO project, and constructs the risk management model base on this foundation which includes programming and identifying and evaluating and processing of the risk among the ERO project called four main parts. The limitation of general risk identify index system is pointed out while handling risk problem in ERO project, and the risk identifying system is reconstructs. Also the author Apply fuzzy evaluation method in the risk evaluation of ERO project, in the meantime, combining the expert's grade method and Monte-Carlo simulating method along with AHP analysis method, weight modifing and undetermined coefficient method to improve the process of subjective data among the risk measuring model. The comprehensive estimation function of the risk used to calculate comprehensive risk indexλfor evaluating total risk of the ERO project is create finally . By applying above mentioned model to manage the risk of ERO project to an actual case, proves the function and the practicability of the model.
