Research Socialstability Risk Assessment From A Aerospace Military Enterprise Zr Project

With the developing of economic reform in China, deeply changing of social structure, drastic adjustment interest-relate pattern, fundamentally changing of mental outlook, there are some new factors of instability. This new situation affects and restricts the well-off society, the construction of a harmonious society. In recent years, our central leaders emphasis on the social stability risky evaluation seriously, thus solve the problem initially to make the society stably, including the State-owned Assets Supervision Administration Commission of the State Council of People’s Republic of China.The reform of state-owned enterprises is the central link of the economic system reform. Recently, Chinese space enterprises continue to push reforms turning state-owned enterprises into standard joint-stock companies. At the same time, based on the development of economics, space enterprises faces to more complicated environment both inside and outside. As the bear great political responsibility and economic responsibility, space enterprises should fulfill social responsibility, innovate social management, contribute to the accord development.This thesis will firstly introduce some basic knowledge of social stability and risk evaluation, including some theory, practice situation, and some research achievement related to this field both in local China and foreign countries. And then based on ZR program, deeply analyzing the social stability risk during the process, point out some basic thinking and physical measure to avoid such risks.
