With the competition of construction market becoming more and more fierce, the risk management of construction project has been one of the most important measures for the construction enterprise management. The risk management of construction project has become one of the hot fields in the construction project management research.Firstly, this thesis discusses the features and process of the risk management of construction project, especially risk identification, risk estimate, risk evaluation and the measurements against risk. Based on these theories, a three-dimensional classification model of the risk magnitude is established, in which there are three-dimensional classification criterias instead of the conventional two-dimensional classification criterias, and the risk magnitude is divided into eight risk areas. The establishment of this model is very meaningful for the development of the risk management theory. Secondly, the process of risk evaluation, risk factors, and the computational process of the risk magnitude are discussed in this thesis. The FI, RL, RS are added into the process of the fuzzy risk evaluation, which improved the traditional fuzzy risk evaluation method. Finally, the proposed method is applied to analyze the deferred risk of construction project in property company A, and to calculate the risk magnitude. The measurements against the risk are put forward according to the risk magnitude. The practicability and validity of this improved method is verified. This thesis puts emphasis on the theory study in the risk management of construction project, and comes up with a three-dimensional classification model of the risk magnitude, and improved the traditional fuzzy risk evaluation method. Therefore, this study provides a new method and thought for the risk management of construction project, which has certain theoretical and practical significance.
