| Manufacturing informationization is the sally port of industrialization drew by informationization, and it is also the request of enhancing the international competance of our manufacturing, so it is very important to set up manufacturing informationization index system and computation module of informationization efficiency.This paper based on existing research made the index system more reasonable to evaluate the informationizing level by modifying the system. After introducing some fundamental weighting design methods, it uses network analysis method to compute the relative weight of every second-class index towards the first one. And this method is more objective than other ones.The paper supposes that the informationization level is an input-output system, in which manufacturing firms'output should be regarded as the direct and indirect output transformed by informationization input. The output does not only depend on the input, but also depends on the efficiency that translates the input into the output. With a certain input, we can increase the output by increase the translation efficiency, so that we can get a better informationization level.Informationization input-output system is a multi- input-multi-output system, and the request to compute is a relative efficiency, so this paper uses model and model which are two models of DEA method to compute the scale efficiency and technological efficiency of the firms and analyze the data.The results indicate that the CRS technological efficiency and the scale efficiency are small, the VRS technological is high, but it doesn't reach its supposed level with the enhancing of the scale efficiency. In addition, a majority of firms are irs (increasing returns to scale) which means that they have to increase their informationization input.At last, the paper concludes the problem and gives some suggestions on how to improve the informationization level according to the results getting from DEA method. |
