The Study Of The Evaluation Model Of Manufacturing Informatization Based On Supply Chain Management

Manufacturing industry is the main part of national economy. The development of Manufacturing Informatization is not only a requirement for manufacturing enterprise to be adapted to economy globalization and the entering WTO of our country, but also an essential action to carry out thoroughly the strategy of"To drive industrialization by information and to promote information by industrialization".At present, many researchers made a lot of successful work and made many different models about manufacturing informatization evaluation. But, these models can not fully meet the requirement of the supply chain management. Hence, the discussion focuses on the fallowing aspects.Firstly, we review on the manufacturing informatization papers, and find that there is not study of evaluation based on supply chain theory. That is the main shortage of previous studies.Secondly, the relationship is fully discussed that is between supply chain management and manufacturing informatization from scope, emphases, index system, time and effect. Then, we discuss the similarities and differences between the model based on supply chain management and others.According to the request of supply chain management and the characteristics of the manufacturing enterprises in china, this dissertation designs the index system and determines the ways to calculate each index. Use AHP to complete calculation of the weights of indexes and use fuzzy evaluation to evaluate the level of manufacturing informatization.Then, the research work done by this dissertation has been summarized and some prospects have been put forwarded.Finally, the author takes the A as an example to illustrate the process of evaluation and evaluates the informatization of A.
