At present, when the enterprises obtain better efficient management from supply chain management, they have to confront the risk following with supply chain management. However, Researching the literature, very little literature on risk management has focused on Supply Chain Management Risk. Therefore, the dissertation will choose the thesis of supply chain management risk to try to research.Based an the present literature, this thesis discusses the risk factors and risk classification in supply chain management, analyzes the supply chain management, gradually analyzes and illuminates the quantity characters, and then carry through the Assessment about the risk of supply chain management.This paper uses the qualitative method associated with quantitative method to analyze and research. The primary work and progeny is as following:First, according to the risk origination and characters, classify the risk factors of supply chain management, and classify each factor to smaller species.Secondly, with the combination of Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation and weighing method based on rough sets, the measure weights of every risk factor are calculated, design out the risk evaluation index system. Next we apply FCE (Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation) to establish a risk evaluation model for the supply chain management. Then, the probabilities of factors generation, levels of the whole supply chain management risk are calculated and evaluated.Third, according to the research on risk analysis and risk evaluation, firm the maximizing income of the whole supply chain as the target, in allusion to different risk, give out corresponding control method. Choose the corporation H as the swatch, carry through a case analysis to the constructed evaluation model about supply chain management. Based on qualitative analysis, carry out quantitative check to the model, prove the feasibility of the model.
