With the development of global economic integration, market competition, increasingly complex market environment, supply chain competition between enterprises is more and more significant. China’s enterprise technical level and ability of organization, with the developed countries there is a big gap between advanced enterprises, the majority become a generation of labor party, only for OEM orders from in advanced enterprise business to survive. The fierce market competition makes many Chinese foundry industry is faced with various risks, an enormous test, electronic products, foundry industry is one of the types.Supply chain management is a set of systematic, strategic, human nature, such as collaborative concept as one of the modern enterprise management mode. Scientific and effective supply chain management, is the enterprise market competitiveness and sustainable development ability important method and means.Based on G company supply chain as the research object. Firstly, this paper domestic and foreign research status quo of supply chain management, put forward for the risk assessment and improvement of supply chain management, the target and significance of the study on the basis of relevant theories of supply chain management, and supply chain risk identification and risk assessment methods are briefly discussed. Then, theory with practice, using case study method, in-depth analysis of the G company procurement in supply chain management and logistics problems, and puts forward improvement scheme. G specific include:first, introduced the basic situation of the company and its industry supply chain status quo; Second, using the supply chain cooperation, potter five model, SWOT analysis, supply chain risk identification methods of internal and external factor evaluation matrix and analyze the status and problems of G company supply chain management of risk factors, and USES the fuzzy influence diagram method to build supply chain risk assessment model, for G company from a quantitative point of view, the current supply chain risk assessment, analysis of the G company procurement and logistics management in supply chain risk of loss probability is relatively large; Third, analyses the G company procurement and supply chain logistics problems, and aimed at these problems puts forward improvement scheme.This research, in-depth analysis of the current situation of supply chain management of G company, for the study of similar electronic products OEM enterprises how to improve supply chain management, improve business performance, enhance market competitiveness which has certain reference significance.
