| Economic effectiveness evaluation on land consolidation project is the base of selecting the project of this category and the scientific accordance of decision for projects. Heilongjiang province, locating in the northeast of our country with its vast land, possesses unique geological and climatic features, which meaning that the land consolidation projects of our province are different from those of other provinces. However, the economic effectiveness evaluation on land consolidation projects, especially those specific projects, is relatively backward. No uniform and considerate evaluation standards for land consolidation projects have been formed, which make it difficult to carry out scientific, reasonable and effective land consolidation. Therefore, it has theoretical and practical significance to conduct economic effectiveness evaluation on land consolidation project, to be fully aware of the effect of land consolidation projects within a region, and to provide references and methods for land consolidation project decision-making.The author of this article has systematically researched on the economic effectiveness evaluation on HongXing farm land consolidation project, based on such theories as evaluation and sustainable development. Firstly, the introduction has been made as for the establishment background and summery of HongXing farm land consolidation project. The specific features of this project have been analyzed. Based on the above, the financial evaluation indicator system for this project has been established and the financial evaluation has been made; Next, considering that future economic alteration may have impact on the unit value of sales, output and cost, sensitiveness analysis and risk evaluation has been made; Finally, from the micro angle, relevant notional economic indicator system has been formed and national economic evaluation on the project economic effectiveness has been made, considering the features of the project. |
