The enterprise materials management is a general name refers to planning, organizing, controlling and all the other management work, which includes the activities of purchasing, transporting, confirming, supplying, keeping, granting, rationally using, economically using and comprehensively using all the necessary materials to meet the need from the enterprise's production and operating activities. It is an important connection in the procedure of solving the time, space, quantity, variety, specification, price and quality contradiction existing between materials supplying and demanding; linking up each connection in production in order to guarantee the harmony production. DQ Oilfield Company Limited (DOCL) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Petrol China Company Limited. It is made up by 22 core enterprises including exploration and development, scientific research and design, technological service, and products selling of the former DQ Petroleum Administration. It's a super-huge industrial enterprise focuses mainly on the oil gas producing. As a national large-scale enterprise, DOCL starts dozens of projects every year, involving the fund of billions of Yuan. In the course of project construction, a large number of goods and materials flow, and there are large amounts of management work to be dealt with in the procedure of purchasing, examining and endorsing, placing order for goods, and delivering good. Therefore, materials acquisition management is a very important content in enterprise management.This dissertation relates the history and the company's materials management situation of DQ oil-field, which is Chinese largest oil field, in the form of case. Emphases on the introduction of development situation, which includes assert, staff, organization, and management control, especially the development pattern of materials acquisition management. From the perspective of history, this dissertation introduces a serious action on materials acquisition management, and the current predicament of the commercial management. In the analysis procedure of the case, on the basis of the background of China joints in the international economy, the author analyzes the existing problems in management and genesis, and finally puts forward the countermeasures to average up the ability of materials acquisition managements and advancing the development.
