Study On Materials Management Bases On The Expansion Project Of A Chemical Enterprise In Liaoning

The body of this paper is divided into four sections. ChapterⅠ,Introduction ,is to explain this paper's background of, the main contents and research methods. ChapterⅡ, related to the theoretical foundation, mainly focuses on the theoretical basis involved in this paper and has a certain amount of elaboration of the main contents of Purchasing and Supply, ABC analysis, order-point method, MRP and MRPⅡ, Supply Chain Management and ERP , PERT, etc. Chapter III, Analysis of the expansion project, firstly compiles the status quo of the materials management, then analyzes the strengths and weaknesses. Chapter IV, recommendations of the expansion project materials management, focuses on the current problems in the management of materials to explore ways and means to find solutions.In this paper, the discussion of materials management study bases on the expansion project of a chemical enterprise in Liaoning, but it does not mean that related views of the paper would not achieve the role of reference and recommendations to other businesses or circumstances.
