China's Rural Endowment Insurance System's Study

With the deepening reform of Chinese Economic System and steady improvement of Chinese-Socialism Market Economic System,there has been a great development in Chinese Social Pension system which plays a greater role in boosting social stability and economic development.The Urban Retirement Pension System,in particular,gains a rapid perfection in a relatively short period.A relatively complete Pension system is forming gradually. However,in comparison,Chinese Rural Retirement Pension System construction still falls far behind the urban one.With the development of industrialization and urbanization,the effective prerequisites of family-based support for the aged and land conservation is degenerating.In terms of rural labor force,establishing a new Pension system has become a pressing requirement.Therefore,investigating how to realize the issues of providing pension for the rural labor force has a very significant meaning.This research mainly includes 5 parts as follows:1.The realistic meaning of investigating the establishment of Chinese rural security system and applied basic theories.2.Analyses of-Chinese security-methods.The analyses include:family-based support, community-based support,rural social endowment,self support after retirement and commercial-insurance endowment.Among all these,family-based support and community-based support are major ways of Chinese rural endowment in modern society.3.An analysis of the characteristic of the construction of rural support system.(1) undeveloped rural economy.(2) large population with increasing population ageing.(3) serious operation of vacancy in the account of urban pension.(4) oriental culture and tradition of family concept.(5) great difference of regional economic development.4.The basic contents of the construction of rural old-age support system.(1) considerable stress on family old-age support system.(2) establish the rural support system according to difference of regional economic growth and national financial subsidies.(3) distinguish the pension in terms of employment of rural workforce.(4) the combination of personal asserts and finance.(5) multiple co-treatment.5.Rural old-age support system ensures that:(1) perfect related regulations,legally supporting rural old-age support system.(2) enhance financial support,under-pinning rural old-age support system.(3) establish complete organization,providing the basis for rural old-age support system.(4) regulate the management of founds,supervising rural old-age support system.
