China's aging population is a typical "not-to the old" features, inadequate pensions, will be a serious hidden debt to our country which must face a prominent problem. Property investment and living with the double attribute of the country's aging is the main asset of one family. In the endowment process, the property most living just played a function of its property assets have not been fully utilized, it is indeed a major shortcomings.Reverse mortgages available to reduce pension burden, and improving the quality of life of elderly in their twilight years; To activate the real estate market, the promotion of new economic growth point for the formation of our country; On the social reality in the rational allocation of family resources, and maximize the effectiveness of the realization of the objectives; On the reform of family inter-generational wealth of traditional practices, the establishment of the development of the market economy relations between family members is of great usefulness and value realization. Therefore, a comprehensive understanding and grasp of the reverse mortgage mechanism and risk management technology, and the introduction of reverse mortgage system of pension insurance market has an important theoretical and practical significance.This paper is divided into four parts:the first chapter on the connotation of reverse mortgages and theoretical foundation of China's implementation;the second chapter of the reverse mortgages is the need for a feasibility analysis on China's implementation;the third chapter is reverse mortgages operation of the mechanism and operation of the idea; the chapter IV is the reverse mortgages may exist in the implementation process were the main risk analysis and risk prevention measures.
