Research On The Social Capital Agglomeration In Enterprise Cluster

Enterprise cluster as reflected in the general sense of the concept of space enterprise groups concentrated form, has its own dynamic evolution of the aggregation of value network, social capital and technological innovation is the aggregation of the three stages of evolution. The aggregation of social capital is low social capital status of enterprise cluster to the high social capital of the state enterprise cluster evolution of the key tasks.In this paper, the purpose of the study is expected to the mechanism of social capital aggregation on the basis of social capital in enterprise cluster. The study also related social capital aggregation with enterprise cluster effectiveness evolution. The relationship between the theoretical study and the actual research will conduct theoretical innovation and methodology, and space for enterprise cluster set to promote social capital aggregation and make concrete, workable theoretical explanations and policy recommendations.First, scholars from different papers on the concept of social capital research disputes start, summed up the connotation of social capital, attributes and manifestations; also from the social capital and economic growth as well as social capital and the collective perspective of the two to summarize the course of social capital and the status quo. The theoretical study of the origins of social capital can tell us the necessary research and paving the way of the agglomeration in enterprise cluster.Then, this paper analyzed the agglomeration of social capital to enterprise cluster on the basis of the depicts state elaborate analysis of the concentration of social capital on the enterprise cluster. The study explained these sets effects from the operating costs, and effectiveness and innovation competition posture. The social capital at the same time can get the negative effects.Furthermore, this paper analyzed the action change of social capital in enterprise cluster. Through listing of factors and building social contacts choice model and social capital state equilibrium model, we get the basis of the path of the social capital agglomeration in enterprise cluster. This paper also proposed formation mechanism, accumulation and reproduction mechanism and embeddedness mechanism of social capital agglomeration.Finally, through governmental organizations, non-profit organizations and units of the enterprise behavior of enterprise cluster, we proposed the promote measures of social capital agglomeration, as in the practice of promoting social capital agglomeration in exogenous industrial park specific policy recommendations.
