Tendering And Bidding In The Construction Projects And Quantitation Management

Adopting new tendering and bidding system not only leads to level increase of construction, more benefit from investment of project, but also meet the requirement of adapting to market economy and complying our construction market with international convention. Tendering and complying system has gained great acknowledgement by reaching excellent achievement and playing an important role in construction. As the development of our economy, the old tendering and bidding management system can not meet the need of main part of construction, especially both academia and industry are concentrating on enhance quantitation management of tendering and bidding basic on the foundation we already have.In this paper, we discuss the development, feature and significance of Tendering and Bidding and general process of international project as well as the current condition of tendering and biding in our country. Through the analysis of construction project tendering and bidding management system, it points out the main problem in this field is lack of quantitation management. To solve such problem, this paper is researching the quantization management of tendering and bidding base on decision making of construction enterprise during tendering and tender assessment of own during biddingDuring the phrase of decision making in bidding, current research emphasize on bid but pay less attention to executable decision about whether join tending. This paper uses linear analysis and weighted index analysis to enhance the quantitation management during the decision making of tendering. At the phrase of tender assessment, this paper focus on a method which are considering costs of construction, costs of time, deviation of goal and real performance, award and fine. Finally, this paper briefly introduces construction project tendering and bidding project management in Fuzhou.
