Pace with the acceleration of economic globalization, uncertainties of organization's circumstances are increasing. According to changes of market, adjusting strategies in time, which could make enterprises get success yet. As private enterprise, Chongqing Three Gorge Gas group (CTG) is surposed to combine developing statement and trend of natural gas industry in China, use knowledge of organization strategy management theories, analyze challenges and opportunities facing by CTG take into account real situations totally, put forward way to solution and bring out the strategic thought of CTG, provide replying tactic for developing, promote exploitation of natural gas.The article use SWOT to analyze inside and outside circumstances of CTG, strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats, industry, take advantage of Inside Factors Evaluation Matrix to conclude inside circumstances, apply strategy theory to enterprise's realities. It is an instructive meaning to strategic adjusting, inside reform, steady development of CTGThe article applies strategic management theories to enterprise's realities definitely, based on study in strategic adjusting, inside reform, steady development of CTG, according to the principles of drafting and choosing development strategies, integratively use The strategic framework theory,Porter's Five Forces,IFE Matrix theories, analyzed inside circumstances of CTG conbined macroscopical circumstances, natural gas industry statement. Use SWOT to analyze inside and outside circumstances of CTG, strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats. bring forward a stand-by plan. Definitudes two strateies-merge and market exploitation. And makes reservations for the next years' development. Aims at the plan, gives an answer of how to promote employees' initiative and activity, how to setup a learning organization and how to promote 'soft power' according to build organization culture, and how to optimize structure of enterprise. Discussed the 'firewall' pattern to defend strateyic risks and risks evasion in merge activities.
