But also national economy and harmonious community foundation, the VD science & technology company is lately-established medical appliance enterprise. Its business field contains development, produce, sale medical appliance, as a new company, is a new business enterprise how face the fierce competition, and how resolve the problems existed in management and which strategy taken by VD company, which can be used to build up its corn competition and enlarge its market share, will determine its fate.The paper studied the finance management of the VD company , by using the finance strategy theory, we had selected finance strategy, strategy layout and strategy implement.First, this paper aims at the business enterprise present condition of VD company and wills exist environment in the future , including the macroscopic economy policy of central government, the industrial characteristic, the microcosmic environment of enterprise, a brief review was concluded from the development strategy of VD company.Secondly, because of the finance strategy is important working talent the strategy of the enterprise, the text analyze the finance environment, identifying the advantage, inferior position, opportunity and challenges establish the primary finance strategy of VD company. The two goals include, founding the financing system for increasing capital demand, innovating the cost and benefit management system.Thirdly, aim at two targets with finance strategy goals, the idiographic strategy layout will ensure the effect implement of the strategy and the quantitative and qualitative, analysis measures are also adopted to estimate the finance status in the future. They will be great useful to prevent the potential finance risks, improve the finance management skill and guarantee the health development of VD company in high speed. |
