A Study Of Intensive Use Of Urban Land Of ChongQing

In 1999, the state implemented the development of the West Regions. Chongqing , a big western city ,was defined as a link betwene middle part and westward.In 2007, the State department formally authorized ChongQing as the urban and rural areas complex reform pilot area, which make ChongQing entered in a high-speed development period.But, On the one hand, the Municipal of ChongQing is lack of land . The contradictions between building in the city and land have become more acutely. On the other hand, using land in ChongQing is inefficient,so there are a lot of wastes. Lastly, the difficulty of urban and rural reform is farmers'housing and the employment. In light of realistic background which is above. The research on intensive land utilization in ChongQing is absolutely necessarily.They have had some researches on intensive land utilization in Domestic and overseas. This paper relies on these researches, with Chongqing's characteristics and background ,dividing three major economic zones (Metropolitan Advanced Economic Sphere; West Chongqing Economic Corridor;Ecological Economic Zone in Three Gorges Reservoir Area) to analyses the intensive land utilization.Three major economic circles select the appropriate indicators and evaluation methods,according to their own specific nature and urban orientation, to appraise it comprehensively.Metropolitan Advanced Economic Sphere and West Chongqing Economic Corridor select specific indicators from economic,social,environmental and cultural.And then using the ways of Delphi and AHP to apprise the situations of the intensive land utilization.Ecological Economic Zone in Three Gorges Reservoir Area mainly Emphasize on the ecological environment,which is based on to choose indicators.This area Adopt Intensity - Coordination Model to analyse the intensive land utilization.Finally, relying on the aboves, it draw a conclution of the intensive land utilization in ChongQing. The intensity is low.And also this paper give some countermeasures to improve the lever of urburn land using in ChongQing,especially Urban and rural development planning.The main innovation in this paper are following:1) The article systematically summarises and explains the index system and research methods concerning the intensive use of urban land, as well as analyzing and evaluating the intensive use of Chongqing's urban land qualitatively and quatitatively.2) According to the characteristics of the use of Chongqing's urban land, the article analyzes and evaluates the urban land of Chongqing's three main areas, namely Metropolitan Advanced Economic Sphere, West Chongqing Economic Corridor and Ecological Economic Zone in Three Gorges Reservoir Area, and then makes a comprehensive evaluation of the intensive use of Chongqing's urban land.3) The indication of humanity for Metropolitan Advanced Economic Sphere and West Chongqing Economic Corridor is listed for the first time.4) This paper combine intensive land utilization with urban and rural harmonious development in ChongQing,put forward some constructive proposition.
