Study On Urban Land Intensive Utilization Of Chongqing Jiulongpo

The city social and economic development is on the base of Urban Land whose utilization will bring different benefits in economy, society and environment to cities. With the acceleration of urbanization, city development demand for more and more land. The national conditions that we have a very large number population and not enough land, ask us utilize land intensively; research on urban land intensive utilization is helpful to the development of land utilization theory and land utilization practice. Therefore, how to make good intensive utilization of the land, especially the urban land, is a problem to be dealt with urgently, which could also guide the department of land resource management a feasible scheme.On the base of the advanced theories, research methods from home and abroad, studies and compares the current theories on urban-land utilization domestic and abroad, gives the definition of urban-land intensive utilization, analyzes the stages of our country's urban-land intensive utilization. Meanwhile, sets up the colligation indexes system, the author gives the evaluation conclusion about urban-land intensive utilization, chooses relative index, and gives the weight of factors by AHP that embody the land economic benefit, social benefit and environmental benefit.The paper first analyzes the status quo of Chongqing Jiulongpo urban-land utilization, base on the status quo, evaluates the comprehensive benefit of Jiulongpo urban-land intensive utilization by the way of mathematics, gains the follow results: (1) From 2001 to 2005, the synthetic value of Jiulongpo urban-land intensive utilization is between 0.2 and 0.5, at the process which is from middle extensive utilization to ordinary intensive utilization, has large potential. (2) Analyzes the economic benefit, environmental benefit, and social benefit of Jiulongpo urban-land intensive utilization; the economic benefit is the lowest, which has the largest potential, and should be the developing direction. (3) According to the demonstration study, lastly it makes some countermeasure suggestions of Jiulongpo urban-land intensive utilization.
