Study On The Collaborative Development Pattern Of Enterprise Group

With the development of market economy and constantly changing of internal and external environment, many companies expanded the field and merge other companies to expand business scale constantly and set up a diversified enterprise group. However, members of enterprise group have different opinion on the group strategy in the course of the operation. At the same time, there are many defects on the management model of parent company and subsidiary company. So many enterprise groups did not take the advantages of group operations and bring the desired overall efficiency. Now, how to achieve the advantage of the scale and diversified business of enterprise groups and how to achieve the optimal allocation of resources and the collaborative development of members take more and more trouble at this stage in the development. And it has become the collective problem of theorists and enterprises.This paper applies the collaborative management theory and refers the forefront research results at home and abroad to analyze related issues of the development of enterprise groups and propose the construction thinking of collaborative development model of enterprise group. It discusses how to promote collaboration of every member and collaboration between member company and the external environment from strategic, organizational, business, resources and information aspects respectively so as to enhance stability of enterprise groups and improve the overall collaborative capability constantly, and achieve collaborative effect of enterprise groups and scientific development.The paper is divided into six chapters. Chapter 1 is the introduction of research background and research content. It summarizes up the innovation of the study and puts forward the research framework. Chapter 2 introduces domestic and foreign management theories about the enterprise group respectively and introduces the formation and development of collaborative theories. It describes the research status of collaborative management theories and the application status in enterprise groups. Chapter 3 introduces the development of enterprise groups in China and the main problems in the development process. It also analyzes the necessity and feasibility of applying collaborative theories on enterprise group management. Chapter 4 is the core of the study. It first put forward the collaborative development model of enterprise group. Then it describes how to achieve the strategic collaboration, organization collaboration, business collaboration, resources collaboration and discusses the information platform which will make the collaboration of organizations, business, and resources come true. Chapter 5 is the case study. It analyzes the major problems of Q Group in the course of development and proposes Q Group's Management Practice Program of collaborative development. Chapter 6 summarizes the research conclusion and raises related issues which need further study in the collaborative development of enterprise groups.The main innovation has the following three points. First, it analyzes the necessity and feasibility of applying collaborative theories on enterprise group management and provides a new idea to resolve the main problems which China's enterprise groups are facing now. Second, it establishes collaborative development model of enterprise group and builds a framework system for collaborative development of all the group members. Third, it proposes that information collaboration is effective carrier of achieving the collaboration among organization, business and resources. It also proposes the main architecture for the construction of information collaborative platform.
