Study On The Mode Of Equipment Maintenance Services Based On Web-based Collaborative Commerce

Under the development situation of global manufacture, equipment as an important production tool in manufacturing enterprises, its normal operation and use become the basis for existence and development of enterprise, equipment maintenance'function for the economic and social development become more and more obvious. With the development of equipment to be structure-complication and intelligence, the traditional maintenance services can not meet the demands of normal use, using more advanced maintenance services mode has become a serious problem in theoretical and practical. On the base of analyzed related research and technology, the paper proposed the mode of equipment maintenance services based on web-based collaborative commerce.Firstly, the organizational structure of web-based collaborative maintenance alliance was studied, and builds the business cooperation mechanism to ensure the maintenance tasks carries out smoothly. In order to maintain substantial control process, build a collaborative control model of maintenance process.Secondly, the knowledge structure of the web-based collaborative maintenance alliance was studied, and further analyses the process and method of knowledge sharing in alliance. After that, the paper advanced a series of mechanism to promote knowledge-sharing, such as cultural mechanism, learning mechanism, trust mechanism and incentive mechanism.Thirdly, the value of the alliance transfer process was determined through analyze the costs and benefits of alliance members. On the basis of comparative study on profit allocation model and method, built a Nash negotiation model based on allocation satisfaction and consider the benefits and risk, and make a quantitative analysis to prove the applicability of the model.Finally, this paper perfects the collaborative equipment maintenance alliance, and the platform for collaborative maintenance of the system was introduced. Furthermore, using the tools in WCMS, an equipment of company D is maintained, in order to illustrate the feasibility the proposed mode.
