China is a big country in clothes production, consumption and export, but not in brand. The clothes market is toward to brand consumption. Brand can bring high premium and lasting life-force. There are many business-suit brands in the market, so the competition is severe. If Haitian brand wants to be famous, Haitian company should build the brand from every concerned aspect.First, the paper analyses the actuality of Haitian brand and finds out the problems and reasons. Then introduce the actuality, influence factors, future trend and competition situation of Chinese business-suit industry. Also, describe the brands of Haitian's competitors and summarize their advantages and experience. Analyze the demand actuality, influence factors, future trend and competition situation of Chinese business-suit market. After that, fix on the brand orientation according to the subdivision and the choice of the business-suit market. At last, bring forward the suitable plan for brand culture, extendibility, spread and management.Brand building is a long and complicated process. Haitian company should begin from the basis and take the plan gradually until Haitian brand becomes famous in China. Also, the paper may bring some beneficial ideas for other companies' brand building.
