In recent years, the commercial real estate has sprung up in China and projects of various sizes in each city have started one after another,so does that in Huai’an. Before 2008,there were only two malls, Xinya Central Store and Qingjiang Shopping Mall. Now, Golden Eagle International Shopping Center and Wanda Plaza have been putting into operation. Meanwhile,Maoye Department Store,Yurun Square,Robbinz Department Store,which are being built,will come into service in three to five years. Therefore, the competition in commercial retail in Huai’an will become extremely fierce.Based on unified planning marketing,these commercial retail businesses,especially the retail department store at large scale,attract investment in the form of classification,which is achieved through dividing integral business area into different ones according to their categories.The widespread existence of business investment model has changed the agents’ business models of brand suit-dress. They have changed their business activities from single channel to multiple channels in the market. In the past,they were dominated by the prior to the opening of "exclusive store",supplemented by leasing counters in large retail department store; while they have changed to alliance model,property leasing model and trusteeship model. Therefore,it can be concluded that the retail business market is already changing. As the business entity,the agents of brand suit-dress must consider the realistic background in the industry and change the state of independent operation,so as to promote the competitiveness of the industry as a whole. From a macro point of view, this is a competition between operation entity and commercial entity. From the micro perspective,this is a research on innovation and exploration of the business model of agents of brand suit-dress in Huai’an.By using the literature reference and the analytic hierarchy process method,combined with the business environment and the agents’ status in the industry,this thesis presents the necessity to innovate the existing mode of operation,and make plans of strategic alliances for agents of brand suit-dress in Huai’an to operate the business model of O2 O. Meanwhile the Strategic Alliances should do a good job in product planning management solutions. The fact that some key points and aspects are needed to be aware when the strategic alliance has been established and the O2 O business model has put into operation. This thesis focuses on the factors influencing the innovation of business model in collaborative relationship recognition problems,so as to find out the keyfactors and help the agents of brand suit-dress in Huai’an,which are in retail terminal,seek out a more steady way to survive.
