If the enterprise wants to obtain the competitive advantage currently, it must have strong ability of human resource conformity. To the important part of human resource management -----salary design, the enterprise must change the traditional salary management mode based on the employer, while it must re-design salary system according to the need of employee .It intensify the salary conformity and establish the total compensation which combined economic salary with no economic salary.The article started from the role and significance of salary system in the human resource management and then introduces the development trend of modern salary management system, the basic connotation and primary characteristics of total compensation mode and strategy. Through the analysis and investigation of K corporation's salary management actuality. It analysis the advantage and disadvantage of K corporation's constituting the total compensation system and expatiated the necessity and feasibility of K corporation's designing total compensation system .Combine with the K corporation's development requirements and the actual thing, it particularly expatiated the total compensation design of K corporation and the salary system is the combination of the economic salary and non-economic salary. Economic salary include position salary,performance salary,common welfare,individual salary etc. Position salary is designed wide; performance salary is paid off according to the certain proposition of the position salary. Long term inspiring is designed to the core staff. Different welfare combinations were designed according to the different positions. Non-economic salary system comprises the staff's sociality , participating in decision-making,occupation development,acculturations etc. At last the article introduces the transition project and noticeable proceedings actualized in the total compensation system of K Corporation.
