The research on employee's psychological contract has been very popular so far. Considering new employees being playing an important role and having their unique characters, based on the survey of new employees in Tyco Flow Control Ltd. of 2006,this research analyses the structure and dynamic form mechanism of psychological contract .We hope to supply applied value of sociological theory and theory support for the employee relation management.A systemic summary is made out to be found that further development is needed for the pertinecy of objects selected,the profundity of interpreting the actuality and the nativism of psychological contract research .The research collects data mainly through questionaires.A relatively actual rude data is got from self-filled and mailed questionnaire .Literature method and interview face-to-face method are also accessorial to insure the comprehensiveness of data.The research finds:1)new employees regard the good relationship et al. as the most important aspects of organizational responsibility and keep secrects et al. as the most essential aspects of employee's responsibility;2)the organizational responsibility for the new employees is divided into four dimensionalities: environment support﹑team﹑exchange and development;3) the employee's responsibility for the new employees is simply divided into two dimensionalities: exchange and relation;4) the forecast effect of organizational responsibility on the employee's responsibility is appeared sharply ;5)the age,marriage et al. have a significant influence on parts of the organizational responsibility ;marriage and department on parts of the employee's responsibility alike.
